Sheet metal work

With its powerful machinery fleet (two punches from which one Amada Europe with automatic loading and unloading of metallic sheets, many stamping machines in including LVD presses, …) and its qualified staff, Evinox can achieve all sheet metal works including big size welded assemblies combined with its welding expertise.

Evinox works all kind of material- steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel - in sheets in dimension up to 3000 X 1500 mm and up to 6 mm in thickness.

Evinox also manages for you all surface treatments needed for this kind of parts, ike galvanizing, painting, with its specialized subcontractors.

In cooperation with Filame's design studio, Evinox can help you design the parts that fits you needs. Wheter it is doors and hoods for Saint Roc Couvin boilers, billboards for the STIB, runway bins for Brussels International Airport, sanitary parts for Nicoll, parts for the SNCB, displays for various advertising agencies, Evinox can meet all your needs.

Evinox designed its hobs, sinks, and tubs to fit perfectly in small and flexible spaces. Thanks to their easy installation, they fit perfeclty in all work tables and their stainless steel structure ensures their long life. The security aspect is also a priority as all our hob and handsets are equipped with safety thermocouples.

For the Horeca, Evinox is is a European leader in the manufacture of tanks, sinks, rinçoirs, racks for bars and breweries. With its exceptional machinery fleet (hydeaulic presses 300T, 800T and 7000T, Evinox can create stamped parts that are up to 3m long). To provide perfect surfaces, Evinox has its own lamination line of stainless steel coils. The impeccable quality of its products is recognized by the largest brewers (Antoine, …).

In the caravaning industry Evinox designed, under its brand name and the brand name Suterinox, its hobs, sinks, and tubs pour to fit perfectly in small and flexible spaces. Thanks to their easy installations, they fit perfeclty in all work tables and their stainless steel structure ensures their long life. Welding

Evinox has developped a strong knowledge in welding and especially in stainless steel welding. Evinox masters TIG /MIG , spot, and resistance welding and has a LEAS roller welding robot that allows automatic welding for sinks and tanks for the Horeca.

For the finishings of its welded products, Evinox has SILEM grinder robot, allowing it to offer the highest quality parts either for the Horeca or health industry.

Thanks to its welding knowledge, Evinox can achieve any set of sheet metal and large welded assemblies such as the new slides for cabin luggages at Brussels International airport.
